Application Fee:
For Single Paper:

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹1000/-
  • SC / ST / PH: ₹500/-

For Both Paper Primary / Junior:

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹1200/-
  • SC / ST / PH: ₹600/-

Payment Methods:
You can pay the examination fee through a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or E Challan.

CTET Eligibility Criteria:
CTET has two levels of eligibility:

Primary Level (Class I to V) Eligibility with Code:

  1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  2. Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, as per NCTE 2002 norms.
  3. Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  4. Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
  5. Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Candidates with a B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution must undergo a six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education within two years of their primary teacher appointment.
  6. Post-graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in the final year of a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.

Junior Level (Class VI to VIII) Eligibility with Code:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  2. At least 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
  3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passing or appearing in a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following NCTE norms.
  4. Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  5. Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  6. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in a 1-year B.Ed. / (B.Ed Special Education).
